KUALA LUMPUR – HRD Corp Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Wira Shahul Dawood, has expressed his high hopes for elevating discussions on human capital, such as those held at the National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) 2024, to a larger and more global scale.
According to Shahul, all topics presented at the main stage of NHCCE and within the activity areas addressed a crucial question: how to humanize and optimize AI for the workforce of the future.
“Our only hope at HRD Corp is that everyone here will return to their organizations as agents of change and spread the knowledge they have gained.
“This is how we revolutionize human capital development in Malaysia and the region.
“This conference is more than just discussions and gatherings. It also serves as a vantage point at the intersection between AI and human intelligence, so AI can augment human efforts rather than replace them,” he said recently.
During the closing ceremony of NHCCE 2024, Shahul also expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Human Resources, YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Secretary-General Datuk Azman Mohd Yusof, and all those who attended and participated in NHCCE 2024.
“There are no better words to describe how the organizing committee and I feel other than to say thank you for your unwavering support and trust that has led to our success at NHCCE,” he stated.
Recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records as the largest human resource conference in the country, NHCCE 2024 featured prestigious exhibitions and interactive activities starting today.
With the theme “Humanizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Workforce of the Future,” the three-day event was one of the largest held in Malaysia.
Taking place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) from September 30 to October 2, NHCCE 2024 gathered the best minds in human capital development, both internationally and domestically.
Organized by HRD Corp, an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, the annual event achieved great success last year, attracting over 4,000 delegates from across Southeast Asia.
NHCCE 2024 also featured more than 200 prominent exhibitors showcasing the latest trends in skill development, innovative technology, and platforms for future well-being. -MalayaDailyToday
