KUALA LUMPUR – VFive Group is accelerating its corporate transformation plans with the establishment of two new subsidiaries, VFive Healthcare and VFive Energy, as the Bumiputera-owned company moves into high-growth and future-focused industries.
The expansion reflects the group’s long-term strategy to strengthen its business ecosystem in line with changing global economic trends, particularly in healthcare, sustainable development and green energy.
The latest move follows the company’s earlier diversification into property development and concession-related sectors as part of efforts to broaden its strategic portfolio and reinforce its standing as a progressive Bumiputera company prepared for the future economy.
The announcement was made during the VFive Group Townhall Session held today at Wisma VFive Group, attended by employees from branches nationwide both physically and virtually.
Group Managing Director, Datuk Mohd Syafiq Abdullah, said the formation of VFive Healthcare and VFive Energy was not merely about expanding the company’s business footprint, but also about building long-term value that could contribute to industry growth, the economy and society.
“VFive sees healthcare and renewable energy as industries with significant future potential, in line with growing demand for quality healthcare solutions, sustainable development and the transition towards green energy at both domestic and global levels.
“We believe organisations today can no longer depend solely on conventional business strengths, but must also adapt to global changes, explore new strategic sectors and create sustainable long-term value,” he said.

VFive Healthcare is expected to focus on the development of modern healthcare ecosystems including healthcare solutions, wellness services and technology linked to the medical and healthcare industries.
VFive Energy, meanwhile, will focus on renewable energy development and sustainable energy solutions in line with the nation’s aspirations to strengthen its green agenda and energy transition plans.
