KUALA LUMPUR – The National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) 2024 has set an extraordinary record with an impressive turnout, featuring 4,000 delegates and 30 prominent speakers from around the world.
The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources, Datuk Azman Mohd Yusof, expressed his excitement, highlighting that the event also included around 300 exhibitors and attracted an impressive 16,500 visitors over the three-day period.
He stated that this achievement proves NHCCE remains a leading platform for supporting fresh and innovative human capital development strategies each year.
“I extend my deepest appreciation and congratulations to the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) for making NHCCE 2024 a hub for discussions, debates, and determining the best courses of action for the future of human capital development.
“This event has proven to be a platform that ensures the growth of leadership in human capital development not only in Malaysia but across Southeast Asia.
“The insights and connections forged here will undoubtedly act as catalysts for future growth, propelling Malaysia forward as we prepare to assume the ASEAN Chairmanship in 2025,” he said at the closing ceremony of NHCCE 2024 held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
NHCCE 2024 featured more than 30 prominent figures in the field of human capital, human resources practitioners, and experts in their respective domains.
Among them were journalist and CEO of Zeteo, Mehdi Hasan; renowned executive coach and popular author, John Mattone; Chairman of ROI Institute, Inc, Dr. Jack J. Phillips; international keynote speaker, Dr. Justin Cohen; and Innovation Strategy Expert and best-selling author, Shawn Kanungo.
