KUALA LUMPUR – Leading property developer, JL99 Group, has once again triumphed by securing three awards at the prestigious StarProperty Awards 2024.
The accolades were awarded to JL99 Group in recognition of their residential projects that have met and exceeded industry standards of excellence. The three awards won by the group are: The Family-Friendly Award for Best Family-Centric Development High Rise KL, The Resort Living Home Award for Best Resort Features Development, and The Skyline Award for Best High Rise Residential Development. The awards ceremony was attended by Minister of Local Government Development, Nga Kor Ming, and held at a prominent hotel last Wednesday.
Speaking to MalayaDailyToday, the founder and CEO, Datuk Seri BK Jeff Lee, expressed that the recognition is unforgettable and serves as a great motivation for the company.
Jeff Lee highlighted that these awards acknowledge the significant impact regional property developers like JL99 have made in the country.
He elaborated that the awards primarily emphasize the quality of the property projects developed, and JL99 successfully met all the criteria.
“Recently, we received four awards, and with the addition of the StarProperty Awards 2024 recognition, it is indeed a proud moment for us. Achieving this level of success after decades of hard work is incredibly fulfilling.
“Many of the recipients at the StarProperty Awards are major players in the industry. Being honored alongside them is exciting, and we are grateful and humbled to continue striving for greater achievements.”
This year alone, JL99 has garnered four awards, including the Eminent Eagles Award and Top 2 Winner of the Eminent Eagle Award. Additionally, they received the Property Excellence Awards and SCBEA Top 10 (PAT) Awards.
Jeff Lee attributed the majority of these accolades to the success of the 99 Legend (Phase 2) project, which is currently on the market. He also mentioned that the focus on quality has paid off significantly, as the first phase of the 99 Residence project has achieved a 99% sales rate. –MalayaDailyToday
