JEMPOL – In the quiet town of Bahau, Jempol, Negeri Sembilan, there lives a woman whose kindness knows no bounds. Ragini (Maliga) is a hardworking mother, tirelessly juggling her responsibilities to provide for her family and support her daughter through university.
But beyond her daily struggles, she carries out an extraordinary mission—one that few would undertake.
For years, Ragini has been feeding hundreds of stray dogs, offering them the love and care they have never known.
Every single day, rain or shine, she wakes up early to cook fresh meals and makes her rounds, ensuring that no hungry soul is left behind. These dogs, abandoned and forgotten by society, have found an angel in Ragini.
Unlike those who donate a single meal for the sake of social media attention, Ragini does her work quietly, without cameras or applause.
She doesn’t seek recognition—her only concern is the well-being of these helpless animals. Some are injured, some are sick, and many have never felt a gentle touch.
But when they see her, their tails wag with joy, knowing that for a brief moment in their harsh lives, they are loved.
She has spent countless hours and her own hard-earned money to ensure these dogs don’t go to sleep hungry.
While others walk past strays without a second glance, Ragini stops, kneels, and feeds them with her own hands.
She has become their protector, their guardian, and for many, their only hope.
True kindness doesn’t need an audience—and Ragini is proof of that. The world needs more hearts like hers.
