Labuan – Labuan Corporation Chairman, YB Senator Tan Sri Anifah Aman, received a courtesy visit today from His Excellency Roussel R. Reyes, Minister and Consul General of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Malaysia.

This introductory visit served as an important platform for discussing and furthering the longstanding bilateral relations between the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia, and the Republic of the Philippines.

Accompanying His Excellency Roussel R. Reyes were Labour Attaché, Her Excellency Teresa Lourdes D. Pimentel; Police Attaché, His Excellency Excelso L. Lazaga Jr.; Foreign Liaison Officer, His Excellency Arturo A. Lee Jr.; and Attaché, His Excellency Glen Richard D. Martinez, from the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines.

Also in attendance were the Deputy Chairman of Labuan Corporation, YBrs. Simsuddin Sidek, along with other senior officers from Labuan Corporation.

This meeting is expected to further solidify and enhance cooperation between the Federal Territory of Labuan and the Republic of the Philippines, reinforcing our shared commitment to mutual interests and regional development. -MalayaDailyToday
