Kuala Lumpur – JL99, a prominent developer, recently made history by officially launching the Legacy Sky Bridge, exclusively for the residents of 99 Residence condominium.
JL99 Group’s Executive Chairman, Datuk Seri Jeff Lee, stated that the RM18 million sky bridge is one of the privileges enjoyed by all residents. The bridge provides access to the city center and serves as the main entrance to the condominium.
“Other users can use the sky bridge, but not to enter the condominium space. There are strict filters for all users to ensure the safety of all residents,” he said to Malaya Daily Today at the sky bridge launch event last Saturday.
Lee mentioned that it took them 18 months to build the sky bridge, including conducting several tests to ensure its safety.
“The sky bridge meets the standards set by authorities and successfully passed all safety tests conducted. JL99 takes safety very seriously. There is no compromise on this matter,” he emphasized.
Lee highlighted that 99 Residence has four security layers starting from the sky bridge to prevent unauthorized access.
“The movement of external individuals who are not residents of this condominium will be restricted even before reaching the main entrance. So, there is no issue of trespassing, and the condominium provides various spaces for recreation or leisure activities,” he said.
In related developments, Lee shared that 99 Residence has five facility zones located on levels 1, 10, and the rooftop.
Level 1 accommodates jogging and brisk walking tracks, while Level 10 features the Aqua Zone, Garden, Harmony, and Energetic areas.
“At Level 10, residents can engage in various activities such as swimming and exercising. Here, you’ll also find a children’s play area, aerobic room, squash court, and a multipurpose hall equipped with a badminton court,” he added. -Malaya Daily Today
