PUTRAJAYA – The nation’s administrative capital is set for a vibrant three-day transformation when the Rancakkan Madani Bersama Malaysiaku programme and the National Public Service Reform Convention 2025 take centre stage from 5 to 7 December at Dataran Putrajaya.
Organised by the Prime Minister’s Office through the Performance Acceleration Coordination Unit (PACU), and supported by the Public Service Department (JPA) and the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), the event promises one of the most extensive public-facing showcases of government achievements, reforms and services under the Madani governance framework.
PACU’s Corporate Communications Chief, Sapian Mamat, who briefed the media at the venue, described the programme as a national platform designed to bring policy, progress and people together.
He said the public will, for the first time, be able to witness the government’s achievements across 2024 and 2025, alongside ongoing public service reforms, in a single accessible space. “From 5 to 7 December, we will host the Rancakkan Madani programme together with the National Public Service Reform Convention.
The convention is a more substantive segment where thinkers within the public service and industry players will gather to discuss the direction of our public administration,” he said.

Sapian added that Malaysia’s strong progress over the past year, both domestically and within ASEAN and the international arena, will be presented openly so citizens can appreciate the breadth of the country’s development efforts. “We are putting everything on one platform so the public can see the achievements for themselves,” he said.
A major attraction for visitors will be the more than 30 government service booths available throughout the event, offering direct access to ministries and agencies.
Sapian said this setup allows Malaysians to ask questions, seek clarifications and engage with civil servants without intermediaries. “This is a communication space between the people and the government.
If there are questions, this is the moment to ask directly,” he said, adding that benefits planned for 2025, as well as early outlines of initiatives being considered under Budget 2026, will also be explained to the public.

Popular attractions such as Jualan Rahmah and Back-to-School sales will return, offering discounted essentials in collaboration with KPDN. Visitors can also expect an array of activities including asset exhibitions, health services, job carnivals, TVET and STEM-AI showcases, career-related engagements, helmet exchange programmes, children’s care facilities, youth activities and cultural offerings.
In addition to these, the programme will offer lifestyle and community experiences such as Temasya Kopi for coffee lovers, the NADI E-Sukan Madani gaming arena, agro product sales, sports equipment sales, distribution of seeds and saplings, free motorcycle engine oil changes, free haircuts and a curated line-up of food trucks.
Animal lovers can look forward to Meow Fiesta, a dedicated exhibition for cat enthusiasts.
Entertainment is also a key highlight, with celebrated Malaysian icon Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza set to perform on the final day, accompanied by Malam Kegemilangan Qalbi, an evening of spiritually themed performances.

The programme’s lively atmosphere will also be complemented by more than 60 lucky draw prizes, where visitors stand a chance to win items including a Modenas 150cc motorcycle, alongside various electrical appliances.
PACU expects over 300,000 visitors throughout the three days. To ensure smooth movement, shuttle buses will operate from several park-and-ride sites such as Presint 11, 15, 8 and 9, with connectivity via MRT and BRL stations.
Parking at Presint 2, 4 and 5 will also be within comfortable walking distance of the event grounds.
One of the most anticipated moments is the presence of the entire Cabinet on the third day, with the Prime Minister scheduled to arrive at 11am. Sapian said this will offer Malaysians a rare opportunity to meet the country’s top leadership in person.
Both Deputy Prime Ministers will also participate in one of the convention’s forum sessions.
The event will run from 9am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 9am to 6pm on Sunday.

The public is invited to attend, explore the full scope of Madani governance in action and enjoy a wide range of activities curated for families, youth and communities across the nation. -MalayaDailyToday
