KUALA LUMPUR – The Grand Final of Mrs Malaysia Tourism Queen International 2026 concluded in spectacular fashion tonight, with energetic drum performances and cultural presentations highlighting Malaysia’s rich multicultural heritage. The event brought together finalists from across the country, celebrating the diversity, talent, and achievements of women in Malaysia.
Organiser Mdm Lim emphasised that for more than two decades, the pageant has been committed to training finalists to become ambassadors for the Visit Malaysia Year 2026 campaign, while promoting unity and harmony among Malaysia’s diverse communities. She noted that the pageant not only recognises beauty and talent but also empowers women to take active roles in society and tourism promotion.
The evening’s Guest of Honour, Dr Shawn Loh Sheng Nian, President of the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurs Association and Special Officer to the Selangor PAS Commissioner, described the opening performance as a “true manifestation of Malaysia’s spirit without ethnic boundaries.” He praised the pageant for demonstrating that age is not a limitation to personal growth, achievement, or contribution to society.

The competition featured several categories, with participants evaluated on poise, talent, advocacy, and public speaking, reflecting the pageant’s aim to produce ambassadors who can represent Malaysia on both national and international stages.
