KUALA LUMPUR – “We are thrilled to receive the keys to our first home. Nur Afiqah shared that they chose the JL99 project due to its proximity to her family in Selayang. Little did they expect their completed home to be so impressive. “It’s truly a joy, especially since it’s our first home. The price we paid was affordable, and now its value has increased. Shameer Pitpit and his wife, Hamidah Rajali, who have been living in Malaysia for 25 years, are highly satisfied with 99 Residence. “As an engineer and a former architect turned homemaker, we are familiar with real estate projects. For Andy Nadeson’s family, their 24-year-old daughter, Sharmila, successfully purchased a 99 Residence home two years ago. “We, as a family, are proud. Today, 19 of us came just to provide support and are very proud of our daughter’s home. Look at the breathtaking view from here. You can see the whole of KL. The developer asked us to check for any deficiencies or problems with our unit; we’ve been here for over two hours, and there’s absolutely nothing. We can’t wait to make improvements soon,” he said.
Velan Gunarsaigar and his friend Kumar Rau are both satisfied with the excellent returns from JL99, exceeding their expectations for the 99 Residence project.
Terence Wong and his wife, owners of unit B-52-2, have no intention of selling their home and plan to pass it down to their children. “You won’t find something amazing like this in the middle of the capital. The view is spectacular, and the price is reasonable. JL99 Group owner, Datuk Jeff, often interacts with buyers like us, giving us confidence to buy a condominium like this,” Wong remarked.
Benson Tan, an architect, was surprised that JL99 did not increase unit prices in 99 Residence post-Covid-19, considering the sudden rise in construction costs. “Not only is the finishing and work on 99 Residence impressive, but I see no damage in my house. I actually bought it below market price. Usually, developers would raise prices, but I appreciate JL99’s commitment, especially from Datuk Jeff. I was surprised to see him come personally to visit my unit, showing if there were any shortcomings. It’s amazing because usually, developers wouldn’t do that. This means he is very confident in his work. I am fortunate to buy a house from JL99 Group,” he said cheerfully.
Speaking with the pioneer of 99 Residence and owner of JL99 Group, Datuk Seri Jeff Lee, he was deeply touched to see the average owners expressing gratitude and appreciating every effort put into developing the project. “I feel very emotional and happy seeing these owners receive keys and step into their units for the first time after everything is perfect. I personally attended and handed over the keys; it was overwhelming. I see for myself if there are any deficiencies that need fixing, I chat with them, and I hear their comments.
